Download Focus Watch zip, 3 MB
Install- Unzip the download.
- Move Focus Watch to your Applications folder.
- Open it from there. Its icon appears in the menu bar, at the top right of your screen.
- Sits in the menu bar and logs every app switch: the app, its bundle ID and the time.
- Flags switches that happen in under two seconds. Those are usually the culprit.
- Export the log to CSV to look closer.
